Where we ship
We currently ship across Australia.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you order. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Because each kit is carefully prepared and shipped from our fulfilment partner, delivery times can occasionally vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order.

Delays
Occasionally, delays happen (peak periods, weather, customs). If your order is significantly delayed, email support@keptpaw.store and we'll help.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.

Customs & duties
For domestic Australian orders, no additional customs fees apply.
